Quicktext and faster shift

On my WM6 HD2 I used TouchPal SIP.

Anyway, SKP beats TouchPal nowadays (on Android) but I still miss some features which are included in TP.

1. Quicktext -> Just predefine some individual texts by yourself -> Easy accessing could be done via long press spacebar
2. Faster Shift feature -> I currently have to swipe up first and then I can access big letters. A way faster it would be when swiping up directly the letter you want.
