Greek T9: questionmark

Hi there,
a kind request for the Greek T9 (maybe for the "full versions as well, but don't know since I only use the T9 mode
):
The Greek questionmark is not "?", but ";"
So, I would be happy to
1. have ";" on the top right corner of the T9 instead of the current "?"
2. have the keyboard capitalize the next Greek word after the ";" , as it does for the English words after the "?"
