Whenever I try to type the word "You're", the app suggests "Wmtpd". Please advise on how to delete words from the dictionary.

You can open Settings => Text prediction => User dictionary
But this is too cumbersome as it is way to easy to add meaningless words (as in your example). Should be enough to long-press in the suggestion bar that would give the option of deleting word from dictionary.
