Prediction Bar Stays Popped-Up upon Opening Keyboard

Prediction Bar Stays Popped-Up upon Opening Keyboard

The feature I would like is if the prediction bar on top of the Smart Keyboard would pop-up upon opening the keyboard for typing rather than having to type a letter first to pop it up.

Also, I have one other request. Whenever I scroll in the input field in landscape mode with Smart keyboard and have more than 3 lines of text, the prediction bar jumps up and down constantly. Can this be fixed?
