Split keyboard in landscape mode

Please add split keyboard feature in landscape mode. In large screen, it's difficult to press the key buttons in center.
I think this feature would be very helpful to type in tablet android device, and you may know the split keyboard introduced in iOS5.

This is planed, I just don't know yet how exactly the layout should look like. And it will take time to do this for all the languages supported by SKP.

Just posting to confirm interest in this feature. It is becoming common in other keyboards (better keybooard, hintkeys, etc. )

The advent of inexpensive tablets such as the Nook color make this a more important feature.

+1 on this idea. Having recently added a 10" tablet to go with my SGS, the screen size makes using normal keyboards more difficult. I still like SKP on my phone, but picked up Thumb Keyboard when it was the free app of the day on Amazon and love the tablet layouts.

Something to take into account is sizing for different tablets. Trying the 7" layout was nice, but the distance between keys was still a bit much. The 10" screen layout is so much easier to use. Having a split QWERTY layout in portrait mode helps a lot with such a large screen, too.

I think it's crucial for our beloved keyboard to include
Split screen option. For the tablets and galaxy Note users...

Most competitors have it allready.

Cmon Cyril, u need a whole year and more to make split keyboard? At least give any info about works on it?

Bought pro version and smart keyboard is fantastic, but typing on g tab 10.1 makes finger's hurts
