Although I couldnt try it because it does not allow itself to be installed on my HTC Magic, but one who uploaded this apk said he was able to installed it on his Nexus One and use it with korean dictionary. - so i assume this apk has built in korean dictionary... so can you extract the dictionary from this apk and use it for Smart Keyboard PRO?
(and i have looked into this apk.. and i assume koreanime.apk\res\raw\ko.dict this file is the dictionary..)
