i have make this just for try... but draw9patch won't open...

Draw9patch won't open? What does it do?

I've found that you don't even need draw9patch to create the .9.png's. Just open them up in Photoshop or whatever program you use, and make sure that the black pixels on the border are all black, or #000000. If even one is, say, #010101, it won't work.
