Solved my own problem. Just as a "why not" i looked and noticed my "skins" folder had a capital "s", i changed it to "skins" and voila, all my skins appeared. Its been spelled with a capital S as long as i've had it, and worked fine on my Droid 1 and my T-Bolt...
