updated my rating of this now very poor outdated app. I suggest you all do the same.

The keyboard is not smart, not even close to keyboards like AI keyboard and other progressive smart learning keyboards.

I just learned that it is using the old voice input file. Meaning because I am on ICS, and there is a new one, Smart Keyboard still insists on using the old one.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

I'm wondering why pressing the mic button brings up a different looking voice input than the normal voice search application widget ?

is it using the same apk or is smart keyboard somehow using its own voice file?

I am a long time Droid 1 user, but I just started using a Galaxy Nexus. This thing is massive, don't get me wrong, I love it. It is just a lot bigger than my Droid 1, which (after 1 week of use) only has one downside. I use T9, so everything I am talking about has to do with that. I cannot type quic...

have yet selected t9 length priority in the text prediction settings?

I remember the developer fixing this bug before but some how it has come back.

an example being, "nor" is not in my dictionary but "oop" is. however the first comes up in the suggestion box first.

I use the t9 layout and I am typing "go" (46) and it is suggesting "i'm" (416).

These are very 2 distinct patterns for 2 very very different words, and t9 should not be doing this.
