I would like a setting and/or button option to hide the keyboard like the EVO 4G does.

I just downloaded the trial and I'm having the same issue. No full screen in landscape still goes full screen till the phone is rotated to portrait and back to landscape.
Rebooted as per suggestion in the FAQ and still the same.
