I just tested typing some long made up word, i just tapped the white text, and then i looked in the custom dictionary and it's inside there... Then i long pressed the word and same thing happened. :S

wouldn't it be cool if we just add the underscore above the comma key as the alternate? for those who don't put the mic key there.

I like that, but pressing and holding to use alternate characters seem to work like a 5 row keyboard for me
